“Awesome little tech shop with friendly and engaging staff. Went here to fix my shattered IPhone screen and they did a great job. I didnt have to wait forever and the price was lower then 3 other quotes. I had some weirdness with my speaker doing this weird feedback thing for a moment, after it was fixed and then it stopped after a day. Now, its perfect.

I was able to get the advertised discount and because I was bummed about shoveling out $100, he gave me a screen protector and put it on perfectly. I forget what “his” name is; so just ask for the cute guy with the sun kissed tan! LOL”

My backlight wasn’t working, got it repaired here for 60 dollars over 20 minutes, when it would have cost 400 at the Apple store! Timely service and they cleaned out my lint excess to boot. Front ended communication, I’d come here again for the reliable and efficient service!

Great service. My phone had liquid damage and I thought it was done for, screen was completely green, and this location fixed my phone in just a few hours. Very happy and will come here for all my repairs if needed!

I got caught in a big rainstorm with my iPad and the next day it wouldn't turn on. The Apple Store told me it would take 1-2 weeks to fix it but I use my iPad all the time as a student and couldn't wait that long. I dropped off my iPad off this week and Sophie figured out the extent of the damage the day I dropped it off and had it fixed within 24 hours. The price was also not bad at all! She was so nice when I went to go pick up and I'm so happy that I was able to fix it for a reasonable price so quickly. Highly recommend going here for quick turnaround time as well as fair prices!

Great service! Fixed up a water spill corrosion. Laptop worked for a few days after but then didn't work again, so I brought it back in and the owner spent an extra 30 minutes with me to fix up the issue. Laptop works without issues now. Took my broken phone screen for a fix in the same week. All fixed up too! I know, a bad week for my electronics...

My boyfriend cracked his apple watch screen. So for his birthday I brought it here for a screen repair. They charged me about 150, said they could replace it. Picked it up and turned it on and it was working fine. A couple of days later it stopped working. And upon closer examination the screen was glued on and I was able to pull it off pretty easily. What a scam. If you can't actually do the repair properly why take on the job? Came in with a fully functional product with a cracked screen and got back a hack job. Water and sweat obviously just killed the watch completely. I didnt even bother coming back I just felt like such an idiot. But just beware. Just take your stuff to the apple store.EDIT: In regards to the response you should probably tell customers that before or even after the transaction. Love that the warranty is to replace the part, but your carelessness already ruined the watch so I guess that's another way of saying tough luck we basically got your money and you have no recourse.
